Northwest Artisan Windows

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Northwest Artisan Windows website and explain important terms related to estimates, website information, products, financing, rebates, CheckMyHome reports, communications, and other online services.

Last Updated: August 13, 2026
Important: these are the terms for using the NWAW website. They do not replace the written estimate, purchase agreement, installation agreement, financing agreement, manufacturer warranty, or other documents associated with an actual project. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding your project, the applicable signed agreement will control to the extent permitted by law.
Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website operated for Northwest Artisan Windows ("NWAW," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, submitting information through, or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Section 02

Website Use

This website is provided to help prospective and existing customers learn about NWAW, window and door products, our process, available services, estimates, financing, rebates, warranty information, and other project-related topics.

You agree not to use this website:

  • For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  • To interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the website.
  • To attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, forms, or other website functionality.
  • To knowingly submit false, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent information.
  • To scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected website content except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
Section 03

Estimates, Appointments & Consultations

Requesting an estimate, submitting a website form, scheduling an appointment, or participating in an in-home consultation does not obligate you to purchase products or services from NWAW.

Information discussed during a consultation may include observed window conditions, possible project considerations, product options, estimated pricing, financing, rebates, installation considerations, and other information relevant to the homeowner.

Final product selections, measurements, project scope, pricing, ordering requirements, installation details, payment terms, scheduling, warranties, and other material terms will be established by the applicable written proposal, order, agreement, or contract.

Section 04

CheckMyHome Reports & Inspection Information

NWAW may use its CheckMyHome process during an in-home consultation to document windows and provide homeowners with information about observed conditions.

A CheckMyHome report may include photographs, observations, descriptions of potential issues, information about the apparent seriousness of an issue, and information intended to help explain possible consequences of leaving an observed condition unaddressed.

If no material problem is identified at a particular window, the report may indicate that as well.

CheckMyHome is intended to help homeowners understand what our team observes and make more informed home-improvement decisions. It is not intended to guarantee that every existing or future condition within a home has been identified.

Conditions that are hidden, inaccessible, outside the scope of the consultation, or not reasonably observable at the time may not appear in the report.

A CheckMyHome report is informational and project-evaluation material. It should not be interpreted as a structural engineering report, environmental assessment, code inspection, property appraisal, or comprehensive professional home inspection unless NWAW expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Section 05

Recommendations & Product Options

NWAW offers products from multiple manufacturers rather than limiting every homeowner to a single product line.

Recommendations may consider factors such as:

  • The condition of the existing windows or openings.
  • The homeowner's goals and priorities.
  • Budget.
  • Desired energy performance.
  • Materials, colors, finishes, and design preferences.
  • How long the homeowner plans to remain in the property.
  • Project scope and timing.
  • Manufacturer availability.
  • Applicable warranty, rebate, or product requirements.

Product recommendations are intended to help homeowners compare reasonable options. The homeowner ultimately chooses whether to proceed and which available product or configuration to purchase.

Section 06

Pricing

Pricing, savings examples, payment examples, or other figures displayed on the website are general or illustrative unless expressly identified as a final written quote for a specific project.

Actual project pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Product manufacturer and product line.
  • Window or door style.
  • Dimensions and quantities.
  • Glass package.
  • Colors, finishes, materials, or customization.
  • Installation conditions.
  • Structural or opening conditions.
  • Access requirements.
  • Applicable taxes, permits, or fees.
  • Other project-specific requirements.

The final project price will be stated in the written proposal or agreement applicable to that project.

Section 07

Financing

Financing options may be available to qualifying homeowners through third-party lenders or financing providers.

NWAW does not guarantee financing approval, credit limits, interest rates, promotional terms, monthly payment amounts, approval timing, or other lender decisions.

Financing is subject to the applicable lender's approval, underwriting requirements, credit criteria, program availability, and separate terms and conditions.

Any financing example, payment illustration, or calculator displayed on the website is informational only and is not a loan offer or final financing agreement.

Section 08

Rebates, Credits & Incentives

Information concerning Avista rebates, utility incentives, tax credits, energy-efficiency programs, or similar incentives may change over time.

Eligibility requirements, qualifying products, program dates, rebate values, funding availability, application requirements, and payment timing are determined by the applicable utility, governmental entity, or program administrator.

NWAW may help identify potentially applicable programs and coordinate qualifying paperwork, but cannot guarantee eligibility, approval, payment, rebate amount, tax treatment, or continued program availability.

Section 09

Products, Manufacturers & Availability

NWAW may offer products from manufacturers including Alside, CDA Windows, and Sierra Pacific.

Available product lines, configurations, styles, sizes, colors, materials, glass packages, hardware, finishes, performance specifications, and options vary by manufacturer and product.

Product photographs and renderings are intended to illustrate general appearance. Colors, finishes, proportions, hardware, and other details may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, product configuration, or normal manufacturing variation.

Product availability, pricing, manufacturing schedules, shipping, and lead times may change based on manufacturer, supplier, freight, and distribution conditions.

Section 10

Installation, Measurements & Scheduling

Website references to typical project timelines or installation timing are general estimates and are not guarantees for every project.

Actual scheduling and completion may depend on final measurements, product manufacturing, delivery, project size, property conditions, weather, access, homeowner-requested changes, permitting, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors.

The schedule and installation requirements applicable to a particular project will be communicated through the project process and, where applicable, the written project agreement.

Section 11

Product & Installation Warranties

Warranty terms are not identical across every window or manufacturer offered by NWAW.

Coverage, exclusions, transferability, claim procedures, duration, glass-breakage coverage, seal-failure coverage, component coverage, labor coverage, and other warranty terms depend on the applicable manufacturer, product, and written project documents.

Any general warranty reference on the website is a summary and does not replace or modify the actual written warranty applicable to the product or installation.

Customers should review the warranty information provided for the products selected for their project.

Section 12

Email, Phone & Text Communications

When you provide NWAW with your telephone number or email address, we may use that information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate an estimate, manage an appointment, communicate about an active project, provide customer support, or otherwise communicate regarding services you requested.

Marketing or promotional communications may be sent when the applicable consent has been provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Where supported, reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for assistance.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent service-related communications reasonably necessary for an active inquiry, appointment, project, transaction, warranty request, or customer-service matter.

Section 13

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content — including NWAW branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, layouts, reports, illustrations, and other materials — is owned by NWAW or used with permission.

The CheckMyHome name, interface, report concepts, report presentation, software-related materials, images, and related proprietary content may also be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

You may view website content and reports provided to you for ordinary personal and project-related purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected website or CheckMyHome materials without authorization except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Section 14

Third-Party Websites & Services

The NWAW website or customer experience may incorporate or link to third-party services, including:

  • Website forms.
  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Financing providers.
  • Utility or rebate programs.
  • Manufacturers.
  • Review platforms.
  • Maps.
  • Communication platforms.
  • Analytics or advertising services.

Independent third parties may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, warranties, eligibility requirements, and service conditions.

NWAW does not control an independent third party's website, availability, terms, policies, or decisions.

Section 15

Website Information Disclaimer

We work to keep the NWAW website useful, accurate, and current. However, products, specifications, pricing, rebate information, financing programs, warranty summaries, availability, images, timelines, and other website information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, changed, or displayed incorrectly.

Section 16

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NWAW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive, exclude, or limit a right, remedy, warranty, or obligation that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or limited.

Claims or liabilities arising from an actual product purchase, installation, project, warranty, or other contracted service are governed by applicable law and the written documents associated with that project.

Section 17

Privacy

Information submitted to or collected through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy .

The Privacy Policy contains additional information regarding website forms, CheckMyHome inspection information, communications, cookies, analytics, service providers, financing-related interactions, and privacy choices.

Section 18

Changes to These Terms

NWAW may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our website, technology, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When these terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be changed.

Updated website terms apply prospectively from the time they are posted unless a different effective date is required or expressly stated.

Section 19

Governing Law

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these website terms changes statutory consumer rights, cancellation rights, venue requirements, or other protections that apply under governing law.
